    you. The everyday stress piles up and makes you
    lose focus on things you should care about. So,
    taking care of your stress is the number one
    immunity booster. When youre mentally strong,
    your body wont be constantly pushed to overcome
    the stress.

    in regulating a healthy immune system. Along with
    that, our body needs to be ready to fight or
    prevent many illnesses which can be caused by not
    exercising or an unhealthy immune system, such as
    heart disease and high blood pressure. Exercise
