On the occasion of the Progressive India Conclave
2020 took place in Hotel JP Palace many
prominent guests were present to commemorate top
entrepreneurs, business personalities, and
corporate leaders. Minister of State, Mr. G.
Udayan Singh was the chief guest of the event.
He said that India has got an opportunity to be
the leader of the world economy. According to
him, India was an affluent economy in the past
that is why traders from different parts of the
world used to visit India, and now the tile is
perfect to get back that lost honour. Economic
independence should be our target Everyone,
present in the conclave including the chief
guests and other prominent guests like MSME
director Mr. TS Sharma asked the young Indians
to be business-minded and focus on indigenous
ways of production. There was a time when India
was popular across the world for handicraft and
many types of indigenously manufacture red
products. This is the time when we should ponder
over those aspects and bring back the lost
glory. Experts present in the programme
emphasized that we have the skills, resources,
and procedures to be a major manufacturing hub
of the world. This is the high time when we
should explore our processes and focus on those
with strong determination. Respected Minister of
State said presenting awards to prominent
personalities like Guru Swarup Srivastava will be
fruitful when people at large would understand

are operating in India. These enterprises are
playing a vital role in the economy. They are

economy. In recent times, MSMEs are granted many
opportunities from central and state governments
to prosper which will make India prosperous.
