History of plasma force field technology
  • The concept of a force field goes back at least
as far the 1920s, in the works of E. E. Doc
Smith and others in William Hope Hodgsons The
Night Land(1912) the Last Redoubt, the fortress
of the remnants of a far-future humanity, is kept
safe by something very like a force field.
  • In Isaac Asimovs Foundation universe, personal
shields have been developed by scientists
    specializing in the miniaturization of
planet-based shields. As they are primarily used.

EXPLANATION
  • In speculative fiction, a force field, sometimes
known as an energy shield , force shield, force
bubble , defence shield or deflector shield , is
a barrier made of energy , plasma or particles.
  • It protects a person , area , objects from
attacks or intrusions. This fictional technology
is created a field of energy without mass that
acts as a well, so that objects effected by the
particular force relating to the field are unable
to pass the field and reach the other side.
  • This concept has become a staple of many
science-fiction works , so that much authors
frequently do not even bother to explain or
justify them to their readers , treating them
almost as established facts and attributing
    whatever capabilities that plot requires

About
  • The plasma window(not to confused with a plasma
field) is a technology that fills a volume of
space with plasma confined by a magnetic field.
With current technology this volume is quite
small and the plasma is generated as a flat plane
    inside a cylindrical space.
  • Plasma is any gas whose atoms or molecules have
been ionized and is separate phase of matter.
This is most commonly activated by heating the
gas to extremely high temperature although other
    methods exists.
  • Plasma becomes increasingly viscous at higher
temperature's to the point where other matter has
    trouble passing though

7
Properties Of Plasma
  • Although Plasma includes ions, electrons and
neutral atoms. It is macroscopically neutral as a
whole because electrons and ions are equally
    balanced.
  • A Plasma must have sufficient no of charge
particles as a whole, it exhibits a collective
response to electrical and magnetic field. The
motion of particles in the Plasma generates
fields and electric currents from within Plasma
    Density.
  • This complex behaviour makes Plasma Unique.

8
plasma beta
  • Due to presence of electrons and ions the plasma
    can conduct electric current.
  • Plasmas are essentially differentiated on the
basic of type of ions and atoms under the
influence of electric field, the electrons can
collide with atoms and molecules present in the
system. The following elementary processes can
    occur

Plasma Applications
  • Plasma processing is a widely used technique in
IC manufacturing for various process steps such
    as deposition , etching , implementation ,
    photoresists , stripping.

13
Advantages
  • Plasma force field is able to protect Humans
    from explosions and shock wave.
  • Plasma force field can protect vehicles,
    buildings, etc.,
  • It is able to defends and also defines any kind
    of explosions.
  • It is also calculate the speed of shock wave.

14
Disadvantages
  • It is not available in market.
  • Making process is very expensive.
