  • Certain foods should only be consumed rarely,

    while growing your little one.
  • 1. HIGH MERCURY FISH
  • Mercury can be harmful to your baby. Hence fishes
    like Tuna, Mackerel, Swordfish, Marlin should be
    eliminated from your diet during pregnancy. But
    fish is an amazing source of omega 3 fatty acids,
    proteins and other nutrients.
