The Scenario
In May 2020, the powerful cyclone Amphan lashed
India's eastern coast, devastating the city of
Kolkata and causing havoc across Bengal, Odisha
and Bangladesh. Ferocious winds of up to 260
km/hr uprooted thousands of trees, flattened
