Franchising is a model of a business. The
franchise model for business promotes the growth
of the business and also offers flexibility in
business when the cash flow for the organization
is unsure. Franchising idea offers firm-specific
and location-specific conditions that describe
when and why some organizations grant franchising
and others do not. The franchising mechanism
offers leverage to entrepreneurship for
enhancing and sustaining the competitive position
of the firm when the cash flow is not certain
and the financial cost of the organization is
subject to competitive dissipation.

Introduction
The main reason for an entrepreneur to opt for
the franchise system is foremost a high
possibility of leading a higher standard of
living and the proposal to receive training on
the job. It allows easy access to money, rapid
advertising penetration, growth of a distribution
system of a network, assisting motivated
entrepreneurs, and quick development
rates. Other growth constraints possessed by the

    the license to the franchisee which is another
    party.
  • There are five categories used in the franchise
    business.
  • RETAIL FRANCHISE In this type of franchise, the
    retail premises will be occupied generally by
    the franchisee and sell their goods or services.
  • MANAGEMENT FRANCHISE In this type of franchise,
    the franchisee will perform marketing and manage
    the business while their trained staff performs
    the actual business activity.

3. SINGLE OPERATOR FRANCHISE- MANUAL In this
type of franchise format, the franchisee
performs out the business on own.
  1. SINGLE OPERATOR FRANCHISE EXECUTIVE In this
    type of franchise model, the franchisee performs
    a professional service, selling and supplying
    goods that need professional input,
    user-support, and troubleshooting.
  2. INVESTMENT FRANCHISE In this type of franchise,
    the franchisor will be rich enough to invest, as
    a corporate entity, makes a significant
    investment in a franchise but does not have any
    motivation of working in the business.
