Introduction
  • Lets be honest here, we all have heard about the
    Omega-3 fish oil softgels and that it can have
    several health benefits for your heart and brain
    health. However, only a handful of people may
    have heard about the flaxseed oil that is also a
    rich source of Omega-3 that can benefit our body.
  • As a writer I also never heard about it until one
    of my gym enthusiast friends introduced me to its
    claims, it is way better than fish oil. As a
    loyal consumer of fish oil, I didnt believe it
    because as far as I know fish oil contains a
    higher amount of EPA and DHA that keep our body
    and brain activity while helping to gain healthy
    weight.
