Medical Appointment Deposit Fee
Our Medical services are by appointment only and
require a 50 deposit which will either be
applied or refunded based on your service
selection.  If a customer fails to call and
reschedule their appointment 24 hours prior, the
deposit will be non-refundable and cannot be
applied to future services
