My partner and I recently moved from Surrey to
Berkshire, and we used Baldwin Removals for the
move, on the recommendation of a friend.
Everything was packed and moved quickly,
efficiently and with care, but what really made
the service exceptional was the time the owner,
Alex, put into it all. He was who we first spoke
to on the phone, and it was then him again who
came and did the survey at our house for the
quote. Then when it came to the move itself, Alex
was there with his staff the entire time, doing
the move himself. I cannot tell you how much we
appreciated this - it is so nice to have someone
on hand all the time who we could call or ask
questions who understood exactly every aspect of
our move, because he was there for every step.
Alex is clearly very knowledgeable and incredibly
professional, but above all, he really cared and
took the time to make sure things were packed
with care and that furniture was moved into the
right rooms in our new place. Alex and his team
(who were also very hard-working and
considerate) did an all-round fantastic job, and
really took the stress out of the move for us -

Baldwin Removals helped us to move house recently
and the service was above and beyond what we
expected. The staff were punctual and the owner,
Alex, was always at the end of the telephone if
we needed him. He was also quick to repond to any
emails with questions we had about the move
including cost and time frame. All of our
belongings were exceptionally well packed, with
care and speed. The service was professional and
polite at all times and we wouldn't hesitate to
use them again in the future for any removal
work we required.
