WHAT IS THE ACTIVATION KEY?

• The activation key is a set of 25-characters
  alphanumerical which are separated in five
  different columns. Your activation key will look

• Where to find it?
• In the case of online purchase
• The activation key will be sent to your
  registered email id in case of an online
  purchase.
• In case of an offline purchase
• The activation key will be provided inside the
  packaging. Scratch it gently to reveal the code.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD ESET SOFTWARE

• To download ESET software follow the provided
  steps.
• In case you own a CD
• 1. Put it into the system, and the setup will
  start automatically.
• 2. In case it does not start. Go to My Computer
  and double-click on ESET disc icon.
• In case you wish to download online
• 1. You have to download the ESET software from
  the official site.
• 2. Double-tap on the downloaded setup.

HOW TO INSTALL ESET SOFTWARE

• To install ESET software follow the
  provided steps.
• Launch the downloaded setup by double-clicking on
  it.
• When the installation window appears, tap
  Continue.
• Read through the User License Agreement and tap I
  Accept after you are done.
• Then the "Choose an activation option" window
  will appear.
• Tap on Use a purchased License Key. In case you
  are updating from an old version, the license
  information will be automatically entered.
• Provide your License Key in the Use a purchased
  License Key field. Ensure that you provide the
  License Key exactly as it appears.
• Tap on Continue.
• Choose your preference for Detection of
  Potentially Unwanted Applications and ESET Live
  Grid.
• Press Continue.
• Tap Install after choosing your preference on
  Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP).
• Tap Done to leave the installation wizard.

HOW TO ACTIVATE ESET SOFTWARE

• To activate ESET software follow the provided
  steps.
• You first need to go to eset.com/ca/activate.
• Put in your ESET activation key.
• Choose the correct country.
• Enter your first and last name.
• Provide the enterprise's name if you want.
• Provide the email address.
• You may also provide your phone number.
• After filling all the information, you need to
  click the reCAPTCHA option.
• Press Submit.
• Choose the preferred subscription package.
• Click Continue, and you are good to go.
