  • Relativity Co-CEO Ryan Kavanaugh is a longtime
    philanthropist involved in a number of charitable
    causes around the world. He serves as chairman
    emeritus of The Art of Elysium, an organization
    focused on helping actors, musicians, and artists
    donate their time and talents to children with
    serious medical conditions. At the 2014 Night
    Before Gala, Ryan Kavanaugh raised 2 million
    onstage for The Art of Elysium, in addition to 1

  • Ryan Colin Kavanaugh (born December 4, 1974) is
    an American businessman, film producer and film
    financier. He is the founder and former CEO of
    Relativity Media and current executive of Warner
    Bros. Pictures (since 2018). Through Relativity,
    he has financed more than 200 films representing
    more than 17 billion in revenue (earning the
    nickname "Billion Dollar Producer").
  • He is credited as of April 19, 2014 as the
    producer of 61 films and known for creating a new
    "Moneyball" model of film finance. He was named
    by Variety as 2011's "Showman of the Year and
    was 22 on the Fortune 40 Under 40 list. He was
    19 on the Forbes 2013 list of youngest
    billionaires, and he entered an investment
    partnership with Ron Burkle. It has also been
    nominated for 60 Oscar nominations.

Work Experience
  • Ryan Kavanaugh grew the company from a small
    startup to one of the largest private film and
    television studios in Hollywood, with more than
    17 billion in global box office revenue. He
    worked with Marvel Studios on a unique financing
    deal that led to the creation of the Marvel
    Cinematic Universe, which has produced
    blockbuster film series such as Iron Man, Captain
    America, Thor, and The Avengers.
  • Working with studios such as Sony and Universal,
    he introduced over 10 billion in capital to the
    Hollywood film industry. At Relativity, he
    created what is now known as "the model", a Monte
    Carlo model designed to predict the odds of a
    given film being successful.
