1. Eat healthy foods

daily is due to the benefits it provides. Part of
the benefits of a healthy diet is preparing for
pregnancy, as essential nutrients such as calcium
and iron are stored in the womans body.
2. Avoid Smoking and Drinking
There are chemicals found in cigarettes and
alcohol that can interfere with a womans
fertility. Once the womans body is exposed to
too much nicotine and alcohol, the woman is
exposed to risks of losing eggs.
3. Seek professional advice
While its wise to monitor your own health,
seeking professional advice from a a is still an
ideal choice. If youre feeling quite unwell with
the way your fertility is going, seek medical
help as soon as possible to identify and address
the problems immediately.
4. Record cycle frequency
If you want to have a baby, you should monitor if
the first days of your periods are apart from
each other every month, meaning your menstrual
cycle is regular. On the other hand, if the
length of your menstrual cycle varies from month
to month, this could be considered irregular.
5. Body weight is important
As you eat healthy foods, make sure your body
weight is balanced. Ensure your body is not too
heavy or light, as this could cause complications
for estrogen production.
