What is Click 2 Call
Click 2 Call Service is a web call with different
names and It is one of the best web-based
communication tools which is used to establish an
instant connection with other one. Click 2 call
is also well recognized as click to call,
click-for-talk or click-to-dial, click-to-chat,
click-to-text.
It would be a phone call, text message, VoIP
(Voice-over-Internet-Protocol) or video call.
Anyone can find it on websites or a hyperlink in
an email, blog, flash animations or videos,
wikis, and other internet-based user interfaces.

Basically Click to talk is a feature of VoIP,
which is unique and attractive. This feature
works through hyperlinks which initiates two
phone calls at the same time. If we talk about
two phone calls then first one is to the VoIP
subscribers Phone number which is usually
businesss number and second one is to an
outbound number which is customers number. It is
used by the VoIP subscriber, or by the customer
on the subscribers website.

How Click 2 Call Works

• It requires the customer to enter their phone
  number which allows the site operator to place
  the call.
• It works through hyperlinks, which is on websites
  to convert web traffic into Direct telephone
  communication between the site operator and the
  site visitors.
• It is advanced version of PC2PC telephony.
• Here only requirement of all industry
• standard plugins is up to date,
• such as Flash.

• Old telephony (PC2PC) used to works by
  downloading an application onto the end users
  personal computer, which interfaced with the same
  application on the other partys computer, which
  allowed the two parties to have a conversation.
  But Click to Call doesnt require any end user to
  download additional application.
• Click to Call was made because consumers were
  reluctant to download the software for
  communication.
• From previous technology most of the customers
  had been facing problem of viruses and other
  malware within download but through the
  Click2Call, this problem has been resolved
  because it is a web to phone service, with the
  call outside the consumers computer.
