• Lotus Notes and Outlook is the most prominent
  and collaborative client-server platform provided
  by the IBM Community and Microsoft Corporation
  respectively. It facilitates the users to make
  communication within or outside of the
  organization over emails. Lotus Notes provides
  emails, contacts, calendars, journals, to-do,
  etc. to save the users data in NSF format with
  No-SQL technology whereas, MS Outlook uses OST
  and PST format to store the users data in the
  local system. Lotus Notes is supported with
  Domino server and Outlook is compatible with
  Exchange Server. However, because of some extra
  features and easy to use the facility, the user
  prefers MS Outlook than Lotus Notes.

A major reason that pushes organizations
personal users to move from Lotus Notes to
Outlook because of Lotus Notes is quite expensive

• Phase 1 Export Lotus Notes data to CSV Format
• Run IBM Notes and open NSF file which you want to
  export in PST.
• Open mailbox then go to File Menu and choose
  Export option.
• Put the name of NSF file and choose CSV (Comma
  Separated Value) in drop down box.
• Phase 2 Import CSV file into MS Outlook
• Run MS Outlook and go to File tab
• Choose Import Export Tool option in file tab
• Select import from another program or file then
  click on Next button.
• Choose Comma Separate Value (Window) option
  then again click on Next button.
• Provide the destination of CSV file and choose
  required option then click on Next button.
• Select the save location and click on Next button
• Now wait till synchronization is complete then
  click on the finish button.

• All mailboxes cannot be moved, if synchronization
  is interrupted.
• Un-structured Folder and sub-folders.

Click on Select File and search NSF file using
Add File(s), Add Folder Search File(s) buttons.
After that choose the NSF file which you want to
export and then hit on OK.

After import NSF file the tool show the preview
of all data. If you want to migrate some selected
data choose the Search option or directly click
on Export Tab.

Using different search criteria you can find some
specific NSF data and convert them into your
desired format.

Now select the your desired export option to
export NSF file. Click on Browse tab to provides
the destination path of converter file and hit on
next.

As per your required you use PST export Option
Split Option otherwise directly click on Export
Tab to export your NSF file.

If you need stop conversion process for some time
click on Pause and to start again click on
resume. Otherwise wait till the exporting not
completed.
