filing through the new FLAG system

• On June 6, 2019, OFLC (Office of Foreign Labor
  Certification) announced the schedule for
  electronic filing in the FLAG system. As part of
  this schedule, OFLC began accepting online
  submissions of the Application for Prevailing
  Wage Determination (Form ETA-9141) in the
  all-new FLAG (Foreign National Application
  Gateway) system covering all visa programs.

• We are excited to announce Form ETA-9141 is now
  available in your INSZoom software for electronic
  filing through the new FLAG system. The new FLAG
  system is a part of the departments technology
  modernization initiative, and its being developed
  to improve customer service and modernize the
  administration of foreign labor certification
  programs.

• The department is looking at replacing the OFLCs
  current iCERT system with the new cloud-based
  FLAG for new application filing and case
  management for all foreign labor certification
  programs. FLAG is working towards enhancements
  like personalized user accounts, enhanced form
  preparation, automated case alerts and an
  improved access to OFLC decisions.
