The Client and Zoho Recruit
Our client was a recruitment company, and
specialized in the recruitment of talents, with a
wide array of skill sets. It works in a wide
range of domains, starting from financials,
health, IT, leadership and human resources and
many more. Moreover, the client used Zoho
Recruit, a customizable platform since there was
a need for data-driven and informed decisions,
while hiring the talents they were seeking for.

The Solution
We integrate the webform with their website and
then each and every time a user fills up a form,
it is integrated into Zoho Recruit and creates a
candidate in Zoho Recruit. Following are the
steps we follow, to provide solution for this
client. Step 1 Create a Webform in Zoho
Recruit, as shown in the below figure.

• Step 2 Next, fill in all the details on the
  form (first name, last name, email id and contact
  number). After this we go to the job
  classification section, selecting from the
  dropdown lists. The three levels of the job
  classification are, as shown in the below
  figures
• Industry
• Role
• Activity

Step 3 In the same form we have a section of
attachments and cover letter.

Step 4 The same lead created in the Zoho form
now appears in the Zoho recruit as a candidate.

Step 5 In the Zoho Recruit Candidate, there is
another option to schedule an interview and then
send it to the appropriate person.

Interview as shown in the below screenshot.
