Is the PTE The Pearsons Test of English (PTE) is
a test that is taken every year by many students

• The Listening section of the PTE is for 45 to 57

  between 77 and 93 minutes. The student is tested
  on the following sections in this module.

• Re-telling lectures
• Answering short question
• Summarizing written text
• Writing essays on specified topics
• Who Can Take The PTE?
• The PTE is given by students and individuals who
  wish to showcase their ability to communicate in
  the English language to universities where they
  are applying for admission or for immigration to
  English speaking countries
• Eligibility Criteria for the PTE
• You need to be 17 years of age or more in order
  to take the PTE

• Guidelines for PTE
• The PTE is a computer-based test
• You can register online for taking the PTE at the
  official PTE website
• The PTE exam is conducted throughout the year at
  various test centers across India
• You can select the test date and test center at
  the time of registration. It is advisable to
  register early as you can get the center of your
  choice
• Cost of Taking the PTE
• The PTE exam costs around 159 USD for students
  taking the exam in India.
• Results of the PTE
• The results of your PTE will be evaluated by a
  computer and reported for each skill on a range
  from 10 to 90. You will also receive an overall
  score for all sections together in a range from
  10 to 85 and above. A score of below 30 indicates
  a basic rudimentary level of communication in
  English. A person who scores at this level would
  be mostly judged as not comfortable communicating
  in English, whereas a score of more than 75 would
  be a good indicator of mastery in the language
  and the ability to understand complex topics and
  follow conversations in native level of English.
