    have surprisingly turned to vegans. These people
    choose not to consume dairy, eggs or any other
    products of animal origin, in addition not to
    consume meat. Veganism is been followed by a lot
    of people to avoid animal exploitation and the
    cruelty shown towards animals. Veganism has now
    become a "movement" to deal with. In social
    media, particularly Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
    and Twitter has acquired a wave where millions of
    posts are proof of its growing stature.

    rapid loss of weight which is not suitable or
    healthy for your body.

    vegan diet which are the substitutes of the
    proteins in the dairy and meat products. But
    these proteins are to be combined with the right
    cereals and grains to ensure proper nutrition.
    Hence, it requires a lot of effort to extract
    proper nutrition through vegan diet, whereas meat
    and dairy products are the direct nutrition
    sources.

    protein source remains as a debatable question. A
    balanced diet for any individual depends on
    various factors such as age, fitness levels,
