Choosing a Signature Cocktail

• Wedding Season is here! The Venue and Vendors are
  booked, the date is approaching. As you zone in
  on food and beverage items, be sure to include a
  Signature Cocktail that is fun and delicious! It
  should represent the two of you, either as a
  couple or individually! Here are some guidelines
  to follow.

For all Seasons

• Be sure your drink is Season appropriate.
  Something with a lot of ice on a hot Summer day-
  or maybe something Warm for a Winter Wedding.
  Your Signature Cocktails should stand out and be
  something Guests can look back and say Remember
  that drink we had at Jen and Jims Wedding? That
  would be perfect right now!

Proper Presentation

• A drink is an accessory, just like your rings or
  cufflinks. You want to be sure your guests will
  want to drink them and also that they are easy to
  hold or carry. Choose glassware wisely and also
  the garnish.

Ingredients and Strength

• Your Cocktail should not only be easy to choose-
  it should be somewhat easy to make- and drink!
  The last thing we want is a guest to order one
  and it takes the Bartender 10 minutes to gather
  the ingredients. Also, be sure they are not too
  strong, we want your guests to come back for
  more!!

Include your story

• Most Signature drinks have a meaning behind them.
  Whether it be Signature to the Couple, or to the
  day itself, include your story in the name or
  description. Maybe have a His and Hers with
  your personal favorite drinks. Or maybe you got
  engaged on the Bay, so your Signature is a Bay
  Breeze. Or perhaps your wedding lands on Cinco de
  Mayo lets have Margaritas! The options are
  endless so why not choose one (or two!) that
  means something special.
