INTRODUCTION
Diving is one of the most relaxing activities
which can make your holiday a memorable one.
Most of the people enjoy this fun entertainment
and it is one of the thrilling experiences for
both the beginners as well as experienced diver.
But there are some tips that you need to
consider while diving for the first time.
4
Be a Good Observant
You need to be alert every time. Only a good
observer can distinguish the objects
in the water. There will be many creatures like
jellyfish, sting rays and many more under the
water. You need to be able to understand these
creatures. Sometimes some emergency situation may
happen during the dive. So, you should be
prepared enough to face those emergency
situations.
5
Practice your breathing
You should not breathe through your nose and
never ever hold your breath during
diving. Holding the breath can lead to damage to
your lungs as well as for other body
parts. Focus on what you are doing and maintain
your breath to provide sufficient oxygen for
proper functioning of the body. Always stay close
to your diving instructor and take care to
control your air supply.
6
Get a scuba knife and Be thorough with thehand si
gnals
  • The knife can be used as a safety tool during the
diving. You can use it to cut the ropes, fish ne
ts, tangled leaves in the underwater.
  • But the length of the knife should be small
enough to comfortably carry with you.
  • Usually hand signal can help to recognize
from the distance. So, you should study about
these signals from your diving instructor.

7
Avoid the solo diving
Have someone with you at your first
dive. Even though you are well
prepared, it is good to dive with your
instructor or with a group of people. Dont be
more excited and more panic. Just relax and
do it and the diving is supposed to be a fun
and amazing experience.
