About Malka Yaacobi
  • Malka Yaacobi is a mindfulness teacher, positive
    psychology coach, and Level 2 Internal Family
    Systems practitioner.
  • She and the group performed in over 15 countries
    and offered workshops for children
    internationally.
  • In May 2019, Malka is hosting an 8-Week
    Mindfulness Course in Somerville, MA.
  • Malka Yaacobi works with clients to help them
    become more courageous, resilient and engaged
    with the challenges they face in life.

What is Mindfulness?
  • Mindfulness-based stress reduction is a
    meditation program which was designed for stress
    management and now is being used to treat a
    variety of illnesses.
  • The main aim of the mindfulness course is to
    create awareness among the participants to deepen
    their understanding of mindfulness.
  • And in the workshop, you will meet a life coach
    who will guide you to deal with different issues
    to help calm your restless mind using techniques
    such as yoga and meditation music.
  • Its an eight-week mindfulness course involving a
    life coach that allows you to use certain
    techniques to tackle issues such as depression,
    anxiety, cancer, hypertension, skin diseases, and
    immune disorders.

Each workshop includes
  • Stretching and yoga Mindful stretching can be
    practiced with any sets of stretches such as
    active, passive, dynamic, and many others. Its
    the best way to improve your body posture and
    flexibility.
  • Group discussion Communication is the best
    method to solve many issues. Here, you will
    participate in a group discussion while coming to
    know how different people are facing different
    problems in their lives.
  • Instructed mindfulness meditation Your mind,
    heart, and body can improve with meditation and
    you can practice it in different positions such
    as sitting, standing, kneeling, and crunching.
    With meditation, you can solve chronic pain,
    anxiety, stress, improve heart rates, and focus.
