Digital Marketing or Online Marketing can be
considered, in an objective way, all actions of
promotion and communication of a brand or
product through the Internet and Mobile, carried
by a vast array of media and platforms, such as
websites, social networks, mobile applications,
email marketing among many other
solutions. Often, more and more, Digital
Marketing actions do not only seek to promote or
make known a product or a brand, but rather to
create and strengthen relationships with their
target audience so that they are then reflected
in more sales, more satisfied customers, and
brand and product loyalty. The means used to do
so may vary depending on the brand or campaign
in question and there is no right or wrong
strategy, but rather a plan based and built on
the context, the brand, its target, and its
objectives.
