has lived in the city for the last 11 years and
counting. He has strong ties to the south suburbs
but also loves the hustle and drive that the city
life creates. Matt purchased his first
multi-family Investment in 2012 and now owns a
multi-million dollar portfolio using his
extensive knowledge of traditional and creative
financing. Matt has a strong connection to his
clients because he is equally invested into the
same market that they are. Since he has been at
the closing table as a buyer and seller himself,
he tirelessly and endlessly fights for his
clients, both on the buyer and seller side.
