Title: What Makes Bunched Copper Wire Connectors An Ideal Choice?

1
What Makes Bunched Copper Wire Connectors An
Ideal Choice?
2
When many small gauge wires are braided or
compressed together, they form bunched wires.
These wires can be twisted or bent easily and
they have better resistance than a solid wire of
the same cross-section. Bunched Wire is
definitely much stronger and better conductor
than the solid wire which is a single strand of
wire. The more the strands of the wire in a
bunch, the more flexible, kink-resistant,
break-resistant the bunched wire is.
3
Number of strands used in a bunch depends upon
the flexibility, strength and movement required
in the appliance where this wire is being used.
Cables get their resistance from breaking or
damage and better connectivity when many wires
are clubbed together in a bunch. It is this
bunched wire that keeps the connection in balance.
4
How can one forget that it is copper, which has
brought so much advancement in the electrical
world? Copper can be called a wonder metal which
can proudly display so many properties that make
our electric connections safe and durable. Copper
is known for its tensile strength, flexibility,
corrosion resistance, malleability and high
thermal and electrical conductivity but when we
use pure copper wire, it may not prove to be as
malleable and that is the reason to use a coating
of zinc, silver or tin which help in making it
more ductile.
5
Bunched copper wires are used quite often as
connectors (an electromagnetic device used to
connect various circuits) as they have proved to
be ideal in helping the current pass through
unstable conducting devices. These connectors are
far more flexible and promise longevity along
with resisting vibration and noise. Bunched
Copper Wire Connectors are capable of handling
instability or expansion and contraction of wires
very well. They are used in cables, machines or
appliances that require high voltage. They
efficiently transmit power and are preferred any
time wherever a lot of fluctuation or vibration
is experienced.
