Vanilla Coconut Cookies

• Ingredients
• ½ cup virgin coconut oil
• 1 cup honey
• ½ cup cocoa powder
• 2 cup rolled oats
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Directions
• Mix honey, VCO cocoa powder bring to boil.
• Stir oats, butter, coconut flakes vanilla
  extract into the hot mixture until smooth.
• Spread a spoonful of mixture onto waxed paper
  into the desired shape and sizes.
• Cool until the batter is firm
• Enjoy the Cookies!

Coconutty Chocolate Balls

• Ingredients
• 6 tablespoon VCO
• 2 tbsp coconut spread
• ½ cup cocoa powder
• ½ cup raw honey
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Procedure
• Mix all ingredients in a blender.
• Freeze mixture for 15 mins until hard.
• Form mixture into round shapes.
• Enjoy!

Paleo Peanut Butter Cups

• Ingredients
• ½ cup almond butter
• 4 tbsp virgin coconut oil
• 2 tbsp coconut flour
• ¼ tbsp vanilla extract
• 12-15 oz chocolate chips
• Procedure
• Mix almond butter, 2 tbsp VCO, coconut flour,
  honey vanilla extract in a blender.
• Melt choco chips with 1 tbsp VCO at low heat.
• Pour 1 tsp of chocolate into muffin cups
• Pour 1 tbsp of almond butter mixture over
  chocolate cover it with chocolate again.
• Freeze for 1-2 hours, until firm.
• Serve enjoy!
