• The NDDB is developed in 1955 to fulfill all the
  desires of nation. Animal Husbandry is one of the
  oldest departments established more than a
  century ago. This department is responsible for
  providing all health care and breeding
  facilities. Animal Husbandry is putting its best
  efforts in government registered dairy farm to
  achieve growth and development of livestock of
  Milk Milk Products to overall production
  through genetic improvement and quality animal
  health care services.
• Studies says that the modern technologies

  number of progenies with one sex. In most dairy

  of existing and proposed milk plants. To keep a
  check on the quality of milk, samples are taken
  and tested at an ultra modern lab established by
  the different department
• It is very important to government registered
  dairy farm because the one who is going to start
  own dairy farming unit with 10 hf cow and also
  planning to supply whole milk to private dairy
  shop in place of milk society. Except this fssai
  registration and is also required for the dairy
  farming.

• So one can go with the basic registration in the
  starting which cost around 3k from a online
  website. Apart from this Private limited company
  registration is also required. In that case you
  have to get the certificate of incorporation so
  on that basis you can open a current bank account
  for the same.
• MSME Registration is also required because for
  all small business under the dairy products etc.
  on this basis you can apply the government
  subsidy and bank loan.

• In view of the above provision and in our
  opinion, you do not require registration if you
  are a member of the Dairy Cooperative Society and
  sell your entire milk to the society by
  government registered dairy farm. However in case
  you sell milk directly to customers other than
  Dairy Cooperative Society then you are not
  exempted from the provision for registration and
  you need registration as a milk vendor.
