Yoga is an amalgamation of spiritual and physical
practice that is believed to have originated in
India. There are different varieties of yoga
practiced all over the world. But according to
the Indian traditions, it has a deep meditative
core. In today's world, we are running afterlife
and money for a better livelihood. We do not
bother to look after ourselves or even think that
both our mind and body needs rest. In this life
of stress, we forget our wellbeing and as a
result, this has a negative impact on us and our
lives.  Most people spend a major share of their
earnings on medicines, treatments or tests. All
of this could be avoided in a simple way. 
Changing your lifestyle and incorporating yoga is
one of them.

    practice yoga regularly, find a lot of positive
    changes in themselves as well as in their
    surroundings. Yoga benefits us immensely, be it
    physical health or mental health. If you do not
    have time to attend classes, go online. There are

    world of yoga and guides you through it. You can
    find helpful health tips in Hindi or any
    vernacular language along with English.

  • The basic yoga asanas include different kinds of
    breathing or pranayama. Pranayama is highly
    effective and helps to balance all the systems of

    to yoga, three steps complete our entire
    breathing pattern. They are -
  • Breathing from the abdomen.
  • Breathing from the median.
  • Breathing from the upper chest.
  • Pranayama can be of different types like Anulom
    Vilom, Kumbhaka pranayama, Kapalbhati pranayama,
    ujjayi pranayama - all of them having their own
    benefits. It is important to note that in case of
    pranayama you should your nostrils and not your
    mouth.
