To resolve this issue the users may have to
follow the instructions from below

• Step 1 The first step will be to turn off User
  Account Control and then find below the steps to
  disable UAC.
• Step 2 Start by clicking on the Menu tab and
  then open Control Panel.
• Step 3 After this, required to visit at the
  System and Security and from there click on the
  Action Center.
• Step 4 Visitors may also need to hit over the
  User Account Control settings link.
• Step 5 Now, select the lowest value as Never
  Notify with description showing as never notifies
  me.
• Step 6 The users may also hit on the OK button
  to save the changes made earlier.
• Step 7 End the process with the restart of the
  computer.
