• Routing checking of all heating and cooling
  valves. (Quarterly)
• Routine checking, washing and cleaning of cooling
  coils.(Quarterly)
• Routine checking and cleaning of AHU filters.
  (Monthly)

• Routine checking and cleaning of evaporator drain
  pan, blower motor and drain piping. (Quarterly)
