Steps to troubleshoot Bluetooth disconnect issue

• Check if the Bluetooth is on
• Sometimes, we forget to turn it on and thus are
  not able to use it. Check if your laptop has a
  separate button which turns it on. Press the
  button and start using your Bluetooth. If your
  laptop doesnt have a separate button, then try
  pressing Fn F5. This will open a new window.
  Click on Power in wireless settings to turn it
  on.

• Check if the Bluetooth is identified by the
  Laptop.
• To check this, click on properties by clicking on
  my computer. Go to hardware and choose device
  manager. In device manager, you can see whether
  the Bluetooth has been listed in network
  adapters.

• Check whether correct Bluetooth drivers have
  been installed
• Outdated drivers wont help in proper
  functioning. Make sure that you have updated the
  drivers. Visit the official website of Lenovo and
  download the latest version.

• See that the device is in range
• If you are too far away from the device, then
  Bluetooth will not be able to share files with
  it. Make sure that the device is within 10m of
  your laptop.
