    contributor towards the rise in processed food
    consumption. Due to busy schedules and no time to
    cook, people prefer eating processed foods which
    are readily available at any supermarket.

  • Processed foods are those which are not natural
    and are prepared or modified in laboratories.
    Most of these foods are genetically created,
    causing various health issues.

  • Processed foods are loaded with sugar which is
    added in the form of glucose, malt, fructose,
    etc. The worst part is that sugar can actually
    trigger a sense of craving within the brain,
