Four kinds of posture exercises
  • First is strengthening your trapezius muscles. It
    is done by taking a deep breath by squeezing your
    shoulders
  • The cervical retraction which is good for your
    neck muscles. It is done by pushing your neck
    back and forth in a slow movement.
  • To maintain your good shoulder posture, one of
    the posture exercises called shoulder blade
    squeeze is the right thing to do
