in Cayman
After an evening of enjoying the best food in the
Cayman Islands, its time to sit back, relax and
enjoy a digestif.  These alcoholic beverages are
served after a meal to aid digestion, as the name
suggests, and their little bit of sweetness is a
great way to end the meal. As opposed to
aperitifs, digestifs like Cognac or cream sherry,
are the pre-dinner drinks that stimulate your
appetite and are usually dry and end your meal on
