think that losing weight is impossible and they

help you understand the Dos and Don'ts of weight
loss. If you follow these tips and research the
best weight loss plan for you, you can lose
weight!

What to Do
1. Do Create a Meal Plan Creating a meal plan
will allow you to know exactly what you'll be
eating everyday. Make sure the calories are low
and the nutrients are high! Write down everything
that you plan to eat. Make sure you take into
consideration the portion sizes of the food, as
