Child labor refers to driving a child into
working from a tender age. Child labor has been a
problem since ancient times and still remains a
problem in the India even during the twenty first
century. What is Child Labor a Problem? Child
Labor is a problem because childhood should be
the time when children can play freely, make
friends, attend school and prepare for their
bright future. It is the time which should be the
best start of every persons life. But when
children are made to work from an early age, they
tend to lose their childhood as well as the
opportunity to build a good future for themselves.

And we Riddhi Siddhi Charitable Trust believe
that each and every child has the right to make
their future and achieve their dreams in life.
Thus we recommend few suggestions that would help
to stop the practice of child labor. Though we
are doing our best to stop child labor, we also
want others to help us in this good cause. Below
mentioned are the 5 solutions that can help in
stopping the practice of child labor in India

1. Law The Constitution of India should be strict
with the laws pertaining to child labor. Working
of children should be strictly illegal until a
certain age and if anyone caught making the child
work then strict punishment should be taken
against that person. Also, laws should be made
pertaining to teenagers that when they start
working it should not exceed beyond a certain
maximum numbers of hours. 2. Reduce
Poverty Poverty is one of the major reasons why
children are made to work in India. When a family
lives in poverty and struggles to earn their
bread and butter, they very often end up sending
their children out to work at a very tender age.

3. Education Many people dont send their
children to school for two reasons. First reason
is already described above, because they cannot
afford the basic needs of their children and the
second reason is that some families can afford
the food but they cannot afford the uniforms and
school supplies needed for their child to go to
school. This problem can be tackled when all the
Government schools starts giving free food as
well as all the school supplies needed for a
child.

4. Stop Hiring Children One of the most basic
ways to avoid child labor is to stop hiring
children to work. If children are not given jobs
then naturally the problem of them working will
stop.  5. Donate to Charities Charities like us
