Steps to Import iif Files in QuickBooks

1. Sign in to company file as the Admin.
2. choose Utilities gt Import gt IIF Files From the
   File menu.
3. Go to the location of your .IIF file and
   highlight it.
4. And Click Open.
5. You see a message to confirming your data has
   been imported and then Click OK.

Steps to Export iif Files in QuickBooks

1. Sign in to company file as the Admin.
2. Make sure you are in Single User mode.
3. From File menu, select Utilities gt Export gt Lists
   to IIF Files.
4. Put a check mark next to each of the list you
   want to export
5. And then click OK.

1. In the Export window in the Save drop-down,
   choose the location to save the .IIF file.
2. In the File name field type a file name.
3. Select IIF Files (.IIF) for the file type.

Steps to View Exported iif Files

1. Go to the location of the saved file.
2. Right-click the exported file and select Open
   With.
3. Choose Microsoft Office Excel to open.
4. If you get the wizard to convert a text file,
