ILM FILE ARCHIVE SERVICE (FAS)
  • First step is to create an ODBC DSN in the ODBC

    server on which the ILM file server is running
    the port number on which the ODBC is running and

    and then say ok create the DSN.

  • Using this DSN in high report designer to create
    a data source connection. So the first step to
    create a data source connection would use a data
    base JDBC connection and click next to select the
    driver as the JDBC ODBC Bridge and this is the
    DSN name that is specified in the ODBC DSN which
    should be arc DSN.
  • So here specify a RC DSN and specify the user
    name and password. When test the connection,
    connection successful so specify any name here
    and save the data source.
