  • To maintain you oral hygiene the easiest way is
    to keep your teeth clean and brushing help you in
    it.

    so brush your teeth gently and also brush the
    surfaces area of the tongue and the roof of mouth
    which will help to remove bacteria that can cause
    bad breath.
