    losing weight is something that matters so much
    to you, the first question that you must ask

Heres the reason why diets dont work.
  • Everyone strives hard for weight loss. But whats
    the worst part? 95 of the diets fail. In fact, a
    study conducted by BBC states that only 1 in 100
    people who go on a diet have a successful weight
    loss and keep the weight off. The ones who are
    trying to lose weight are often considered lazy
    when they are unsuccessful but the reality is a
    little more complicated than that.
