When Kapil Chugh Telecom engineer returned from
the United States of America where he completed
his Masters in Business Administration degree, he
assisted his father in expanding his company and
setting up a manufacturing plant for polyester
filament yarn.

Kapil Chugh Telecom led, during the process, the
creation of over forty new, premium manufacturing
amenities involving various technologies that
increased the manufacturing abilities manifold of
Kapil

A few years later, Kapil Chugh Telecom joined
officially the Kapil Industries Limited with his
father. He emerged as the instigator of Kapils
backward incorporation from communications into
textiles and further into polyester fibers and
petrochemicals.

He helped also in establishment and strengthened
the base of Kapil Infocomm Limited that is a
modern version of his fathers company focused on
communications and information technology
initiatives.

When his father died, the company was divided and
his young brother took over the firm that is now
known as Kapil Communications Limited. In 2009,
Chughs company Kapil Industries purchased an
Indian cricket team at 123.8 million.

The team is in The Indian Premier League.
Currently, Kapil Chugh Telecom holds various
positions including Chairman of Finance, Managing
Director, Chairman, and Member of Workers Stock
Wage Committee of Kapil Industries Limited.
Actually, his company operates in four major
segments including telecommunications,
petrochemicals, exploration and production, and
refining and marketing.
