    Traveling makes one feel good and excited and we
    tend to get liberal with ourselves towards our
    diet or weight loss goals. We rejoice in a
    holiday mood and give in to all the junk food
    cravings. Months of strict diet charts and eating
    healthy goes down the drain when traveling. Most
    of us put on a few extra kilos towards the end of
    our travel which fills us with guilt later on.

    travelling, it is often that one ends up
    compromising and eating junk or unhealthy food
    due to the unavailability of healthy home cooked
    food. This could set a major blow to ones diet
    for weight loss and may also have health related

    theplas, nuts, paranthas, protein bars will make
    sure you get your dose of nutrition on the go at
    least for one whole day if not more. Try to make
    use of the small kitchenette or refrigerators
    provide in the hotel rooms if you can. If the
    hotel room has a mini-bar, then stuff it with
    healthy items like fruits, vegetables, curds and
    milk and munch on these on the go. Did you know
    that eating crunchy nuts helps fight the craving
    for salted potato chips?

  • Eating healthy starts with drinking plenty. Yes,
    that might mean frequent washroom breaks. But, if
    timed correctly, this will go a long way in
    keeping you away from junk food while on the
    move. You can also opt for coconut water and

    go. Drink plenty of fresh fruit juices and
    vegetables juices when you can to provide you
    with all the essential vitamins and minerals.
    Drinking healthy liquids and juices will help you
    give sodas and other sugary drinks a miss.

    occasionally, see if you can balance it with
    other healthier options like salads. Junk food,

    lazy. They take time to metabolize and are stored
