• The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern
  Ireland, commonly known as the United Kingdom
  (UK) and colloquially Great Britain (GB) or
  simply Britain, is a sovereign country in western
  Europe.
• The United Kingdom is a constitutional monarchy
  with a parliamentary democracy. The monarch is
  Queen Elizabeth II, who has reigned since 6

  roads.

  (303 route km) in Northern Ireland carries over
  18,000 passenger and 1,000 freight trains daily.
