  complexes are the practical solution towards
  providing maximum accommodation in a limited
  space.
• However, Goa is blessed with space and thats why
  the apartment complexes are larger and yet
  affordable than the ones in metros, esp Mumbai.
• They are conveniently located from beaches, local
  shopping avenues, airports and schools.
• Builders are looking to tap into the essence of
  Goa such as scenic views of the ocean, rivers,
