INTRODUCTION
  • Ramadan is the Ninth month in the Islamic
    calendar(Lunar Calendar).
  • During the whole month, observers of Islam fast
    from sunrise to sunset. 
  • Iftar and Suhoor helps to sustain the fast the
    following day, so consuming the right food is
    important.

What To Eat
  • During Ramadan, two main meals are served
    Suhoor, which is served before sunrise, and
    Iftar, which is served after sunset.
  • Suhoor needs to be wholesome to provide
    enough energy to last during the long hours of
    fasting.
  • It is very important that one should include the
    following foods

Hydrating Foods And Drinks
  • Fruits such as strawberries, pineapples, oranges
    etc are some of the greatest hydrating agent.
  • They increase the feeling of fullness and help
    prevent constipation. 
  •  They also contain vitamins which are good for
    health.
  • Smoothies will also do the same.

Diary Items
  •  low-fat dairy products are a great source of
    protein. 
  • They build up your immune system.
  • Consuming high-calcium dairy products also helps
    maintain strong bones.

    wholemeal bread etc are rich in fibre.

    to sustain energy levels longer.

    lead to complexities if consumed every day.
