• Education is never ending process. It is not
  about qualifying all the classes and degrees in
  your school or colleges. Education starts right
  from your childhood and ends when you choose to
  stop learning about anything otherwise it goes on
  till your last breathe.

• Now, we need to change this rule, education
  should be improved and advanced to cover a new
  prospective that focuses on learning how to
  excellence instead of how to pass the tests. Mark
  Christensen from New Hampshire has suggested 7
  ways to make our education system better and more
  successful. He is a professor in the History
  department at Assumption College, Worcester, MA,
  and has achieved there a reputed and respected
  position.

How can we improve the education system?

• First of all, we have to focus on relevant
  learning. If you are teacher, make sure you make
  your students to learn for their benefits which
  mean they have something to do with whatever you
  are teaching.
• Main focus should be learning for knowledge
  instead of learning for grades.

• Another most important thing is you have to stop
  giving rewards to the students for something they
  already enjoy.
• Adapt an easy approach of learning and its
  permanent effect. Thinking about something
  different approach that can make the learning
  process more understanding and easy is very
  important.

• Let your student feel control over learning. You
  should let them to free to think and create
  something innovative and then courage them their
  best work. 
• Maintaining a good connection with the students
  is also very important. In fact, the students
  that feel connected to their teachers are more
  likely to have more curiosity and interest to
  learning something in their class.

• A teacher should understand the capabilities of
  students. A teacher should also know if your
  student has the ability to learn something or
  not.
