  cleaning and sealing protects the grout from
  staining. Sealing reduces the labor of cleaning
  and maintaining the grout. In a new tile
  installation the grout should be allowed to cure
  for at least 3 weeks prior to a sealant being
  applied. This system will provide the commercial
  establishment the maximum benefits of beauty and
  durability.

  weeks after the initial installation, the
