1. Intro

• Born in Bua, Fiji on 27 December 1978, Seru was
  an only child to his Mum and Dad who later
  remarried with children and was raised by his
  grandma who he referred to as his idol from 3
  months to 19 years until she passed in 2000.
  Seru was fortunate to be schooled at Fijis
  largest all boys boarding school, Ratu Kadalevu
  (RKS), with a strong rugby focus.

In March 2015 to continue with Serus
contributions to his village, a Fundraiser was
held in Hong Kong to raise money to build a
kindergarten in Serus home village as the
closest was over 1 hour on foot. The Ministry of
Education in Fiji supported the initiative and
his partner Susan is now working alongside the
Ministry to complete Serus dream project.

Further to Serus passing, the Discovery Bay
Pirates in Hong Kong where Seru was Head
Coach/Player 2014-15.
