Don't Skip Your Breakfast

    lose weight. It is a very unhealthy thing to do.
    Breakfast is a rather important meal and should

    losing weight. Surprisingly, some researches have
    actually concluded links between skipping
    breakfast and obesity. What one can do is try to
    substitute fattening food with, that which
