PROJECT OVERVIEW

• Contract Sign up of Client with UNIVERSAL INFOWIZ
• Online Training For the project
• Demo work allocation for user to practice on.
• Data Entry Job allocation after a week of demo
  work practice.
• Payment on monthly basis.
• Duration Of Project 11 Months,
• (Center needs to maintain their performance in
  order to extend the agreement for another 36
  months.)

WORKLOAD PAYOUTS

• Business Deposit will be ( 370 USD ) or 24k Per
  Seat.
• Workload Per Seat is 3500-5000 Forms / Month.
• Payout per Form will be ( 18 Cents USD ) or 12/-
  INR.
• Billing Cycle will be on Monthly Basis.
• Payment Can be via Wired Transfer / DD / Cheque.
• Quality Report of Submitted work will be given in
  7 International Working days.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• 100 amount of Deposit charges are REFUNDABLE
  after 1 month.
• Bank guarantee is provided for more than 35
  seats.
• Payment Security LC (Letter Of Credit) for more
  than 35 seats
• Centre can start with Minimum 5 seats.
