daily. When you agree on an RPO with
Outsourcing Talent you have the option to having
our experienced recruiters on-site to assist your
own internal recruitment team or to act as your
recruitment manager. This can be full-time or
ad-hoc, subject to locations around the world,
there is an extra cost. Start-ups who have
outsourced recruitment to us typically outsource
anywhere between 20 100 open positions a year.
How does it work? We set up a meeting to discuss
your outsourced recruitment plan for the year.
What processes you have in place, the volume of
people you want to hire, job titles, which
locations, time frames, and budget. We then
mutually agree the number of people Outsourcing
Talent will place into your organization through
our unique RPO scheme over a set period of time,
either 6, 12 or 24 months. We then give you a
fixed monthly fee spread over the period you
have chosen. This means its easy to manage the

to fill the agreed number within the timeframe
chosen.
